Ownership of Final Materials
All finished designs and media releases become property of the Client upon payment of all fees. The Client then assumes unlimited, royalty free use of all materials, but High Performance Media Group reserves the right to present said materials in their portfolio and advertising collateral.
Disclaimer of Furnished Materials
The Client completely and unconditionally guarantees that any photos, graphics, text, and other materials used for inclusion in web content and press releases do not infringe upon any previous copyrights or trademarks established by other organizations. If a problem should arise concerning the aforementioned materials the Client will unconditionally protect and defend High Performance Media Group and its affiliates from any legal suit or claim.
Client Eligibility
By registering as a client you claim and assure the information included during the registration process is accurate and lawful. If you are seeking client status on behalf of an organization or other entity you are hereby binding that entity to these Terms and Conditions. High Performance Media reserves the right to accept or reject your registration as a client as they see fit and without justification.
Termination of Service
High Performance Media Group reserves the right to terminate a client’s access to all or a portion of the services we provide at any time with or without notice.
